CO2预裂增透抽采瓦斯技术及工程试验

Research about Gas Drainage Technology through Engineering Test with CO2 Pre-fracturing and Permeability

摘要: 为解决高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯抽难题,寻找高效、经济、适用范围广的增透新方法,在新景公司佛洼北九正巷和保安南四采区进行CO2煤层预裂增透工程试验,通过对瓦斯抽采浓度、流量、抽采半径等参数观测分析结果表明:进行CO2预裂后能将瓦斯平均浓度由预裂前的9%提高到预裂后的19%,起到很好的增透效果|预裂影响的有效半径在30~50m范围之内|在CO2预裂时,爆孔周围存在应力集中区,冲击波在传播过程中,存在“应力释放—应力集中—应力释放”的波形循环,这一规律影响着CO2预裂作用效果。

Abstract: With the increase of coal mining depth, the permeability of coal seam will decrease, and the gas content will increase continuously. In order to solve the problem of high gas and low permeability coal seam gas drainage problem, search for effective, economic, applicable to a wide range of Antireflective and new method for CO2 coal seam presplit ar engineering test in the new company and security Jiuzheng Xiang wa Bei Buddha South four mining area, through the gas drainage concentration, flow rate, drainage radius and other parameters of observation the analysis results show that CO2 can be pre splitting gas average concentration increased from 9% before the pre splitting pre splitting after 19%, play a very good antireflective effect; effective radius of pre splitting effect within 30-50m range in CO2; pre splitting blasting hole, around the area of stress concentration the shock wave, in the process of communication, there are wave cyclic stress releasing stress concentration and stress release, this law affects CO2 pre-splitting effect.
